The ETOX pages as a module of ChemInfo enable targeted research on data related to aquatic and terrestrial ecotoxicology (tests) as well as information on national and international quality criteria, standards, and objectives. The focus is on substances that are relevant for the development of environmental quality standards under the Water Framework Directive 60/2000/EC, or that enable the assessment of measured substance concentrations in soils, biota, and waters. Special search interfaces as well as the expert search are available for retrieving data on ecotoxicity (tests) or environmental quality criteria for substances (quality objectives).
